Sushant Singh Rajput's US-based sister Shweta Singh Kirti has taken to her Instagram handle to share certificate give by California State Assembly to the actor.The California State Assembly has recognised Sushant's contributions on the occasion of Independence Day. His sister Shweta received the certificate on his behalf. The post was captioned as, ''On the occasion of Indian Independence Day California recognizes my brother’s (Sushant) overall contribution to society.
